Verse Of The Day : The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped… Psalms 28:7

Thought Of The Day : Those who choose to stay in faith with God never regret their decisions.

LISTEN : Beloved, God is near to help you. He is our Creator and helper. You must determine to see Him with the eyes of faith. For God can’t help you until you believe that He has the capacity to help you. That is, you must have faith in Him. The Psalmist said,

“The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped… Psalms 28:7

He believes that God is his strength and shield. That’s, God is his source of strength and protection. Even when he is weak and worn out by troubles of life, his faith in God could bring him back on his feet. In the same way, God strengthens us when we feed on His words; He protects us when we lean on Him. The Bible says,

“But they that wait upon the LORD
shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Isaiah 40:31

Those who choose to stay in faith with God never regret their decision. My dear, trust in God and He’ll help you. Few months ago I told a story about a woman who was married to a poor, but hardworking man who woke up one morning and walked straight to her husband and asked tearfully, “Dear, when will all these miseries be over? How long are we going to go through this pain?” “Everything is under control.” Replied her husband. “Under control?” The woman screams. “Yes, under control. Everything is under God’s control.” replied the husband yet again. The woman believed her husband. Few months later, her husband was gainfully employed and their misery was terminated. Beloved, God can help you. He can change your story like the one you just read. Nothing can be out of control when God is in charge (Mark 4:37-39). No matter the circumstances, if you have faith in God and do what you should do, you’ll laugh in the end. The Bible says,

“… weeping may endure for a night,
but joy comes in the morning.” (Psalms 30:5).

So, no matter the situation, don’t take your eyes off God, rather, put your trust in Him and He’ll surely help you. Remember, God helps the helpless who trust in Him. Be wise!
