Verse Of The Day : Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Revelation 3:20

Thought of The Day : Jesus Christ who stands today pleading with everyone, will seat on the judgment seat tomorrow to judge everyone.

LISTEN : While seated for dinner, a Christian woman said to her daughter, “child, go check who is at the door.” The daughter went and came back and replied, “mum, there is no one at the door.” With smile the mother said, “someone was knocking on the door. His name is Jesus Christ, and the door is your heart. Anytime you hear the gospel preached, Jesus Christ is asking you, ‘friend, can I come into your heart?”’ He wants to come into your heart. He wants to bless you forever; he wants to take you to heaven. Isn’t that wonderful? Our anchor Bible verse says,

“Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:
if any man hear my voice, and open the door,
I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.”

Revelation 3:20

Beloved, let Jesus Christ into your life today. Life is not complete without a relationship with God. Of what use is the body without the spirit? The spirit is the life of the body. In the same way, God is the source of our existence; hence, to exist without Him is to be empty of real life. My dear, let Jesus Christ into your life for we have no life without Him. Jesus Christ said to His disciples thus:

I am the vine, all of you are the branches:
He that abides in me, and I in him,
the same brings forth much fruit:
for without me all of you can do nothing.

John 15:5

Beloved, Jesus Christ is standing and knocking on the door of your heart; but He is not going to stand and knock forever. It is either you open your heart now and receive Him, or harden your heart to His words, and perish later on. The Bible says,

He that believes on him is not condemned:
but he that believes not is condemned already,
because he has not believed in the
name of the only begotten Son of God.

John 3:18

Beloved, do not delay anymore, rather say yes to Him today and you will live. Be wise!

What Should We Do With This Message?
1. Never harden your heart to Jesus Christ, rather let Him in.
2. Guard your heart with all diligence and eschew evil at all costs.
3. Take pleasure in the word of God and know that God is waiting for you to let Him in.
4. Remember that Jesus Christ will not plead with you forever, and that His grace will soon be over.

Prayer : Eternal Father, I thank You for Your Son Jesus Christ my Saviour. Help me to serve and follow him for the rest of my life, amen.

A Word Of Blessing : Today, I speak on your life. May the Lord bless you and open your heart to the message of truth and salvation, in Jesus’ name, amen.

Reflection : He who rejects Jesus Christ chooses to hurt his or her own soul.

Quote: “Life is not complete without God. Hence, to exist without God is to be empty of life.”
