Verse Of The Day : I choose the path of faithfulness; I am committed to your regulations. Psalms 119:30

Thought of The Day : Divine security and assistance are guaranteed when we choose the path of faithfulness and purity.

LISTEN: In life, we make different choices on daily basis by our actions and inactions. People are built or destroyed by their actions. But we are guaranteed divine security and assistance when we chose the path of faithfulness and purity. My dear, choice affects results. The path you choose for yourself will determine the future you will create. As a matter of fact, our future is buried in our decisions. The Bible says,

“Enter all of you in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate,
and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads unto life, and few there be that find it.”

Matthew 7:13-14

Therefore, you should be very careful when making decisions. Think through your thoughts and pray before you do. Never act rashly. Rash decision often ends as a nightmare and tragedy. Sadly, lots of people tend to choose the wrong path because they find it easy to go with. They prefer the path of least resistance to the path of hard work and dedication. They find pleasure in unfaithfulness than faithfulness. They make choices without considering the corresponding consequences. My dear, we determine our destinies by our own choices. This is the reason why we should choose wisely. Whatever we do should bring glory to God. Yes, the wise is committed to God and enjoys the path of righteousness and purity. Their pleasure is to do the will of God. David said,

“I choose the path of faithfulness; I am committed to your regulations.”

Psalms 119:30

Like David, let us choose the path of faithfulness (righteousness) and avoid the consequences of a wrong choice. Be wise!
