Verse Of The Day : I choose the path of faithfulness; I am committed to your regulations. Psalms 119:30

Thought of The Day : Divine security and assistance are guaranteed when we choose the path of faithfulness and purity.

LISTEN: “Choose wisely! For your choices over time determine your destiny,” says a man to his only son. My dear, wise decision is the beauty of life. Our decisions mould our future. Yes, our actions are the blocks with which we build our future. Wrong actions will surely collapse our future. In life, we make different choices on daily basis by our actions or inactions. People are built or destroyed by their actions. The Bible says,

Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever
a man sows, that shall he also reap.

For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh
reap corruption; but he that sows to the
Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Galatians 6:7,8

Thankfully, we are guaranteed divine security and assistance when we choose the path of faithfulness and purity. My dear, choice affects results. The path you choose for yourself will determine the future you will create (Matthew 7:13-14). Therefore, you should be very careful when making decisions. Think through your thoughts and pray before you do. Never act rashly. Rash decision often ends as a nightmare and tragedy. Sadly, lots of people tend to choose the wrong path because they find it easy to go with. The Bible says,

“Enter through the narrow gate,
because the gate is wide and the way is
spacious that leads to destruction, and there
are many who enter through it. But the gate is
narrow and the way is difficult that leads to life, and there are few who find it.”

Matthew 7:13,14

Beloved, when you choose, choose wisely! Whatever you do, do it to the glory of God. Yes, the wise is committed to God and enjoys the path of righteousness and purity. Their pleasure is to do the will of God. In our anchor Bible verse the Psalmist said,

“I choose the path of faithfulness;
I am committed to your regulations.”

Psalms 119:30

Henceforth, let us choose the path of faithfulness (righteousness) and avoid the consequences of a wrong choice. Be wise!
