Verse Of The Day : Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of heaven – only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven. Matthew 7:21
Thought of The Day : God knows those who love, obey and serve Him faithfully.
LISTEN : Do you mean to serve God? Then, serve Him with all your heart. It is an act of self-deceit to serve God in pretense; and those who serve God in pretense will eventually attract His wrath. Genuine service to God as our Creator is everyone’s responsibility. We should be genuine to the profession of faith in Christ Jesus. If Jesus Christ is truly our Saviour we should worship God in truth and spirit. My dear, be wise and get it right lest you lose your reward in the end. If you claim to serve God, serve Him in spirit and in truth. Be real to your claims. Don’t call Jesus Christ your Lord, yet, you disobey His will. It’s the height of foolishness and self-deception to claim to believe in Jesus Christ when your heart is with the world and Satan. Jesus said, “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the kingdom of heaven – only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven.”(Matthew 7:21). This means that, no matter your titles or contributions to the things of God, if you refuse to obey His words He has no business with you. My dear, life outside God is life in hell. And those who live for themselves will eventually lament their torment in hell. The Bible says, “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.”(Revelations 20:15). Beloved, have you made Jesus Christ your Saviour and Lord? Is your relationship with Him beyond “the Lord, Lord expression?” Are you following His instructions? If not, fix it right away. Remember, you don’t have a relationship with God if you enjoy to disobey His words. So, get it right now, or you’ll lose your rewards and be denied eternal life in the end. Be wise!
What Should We Do With This Message?
1. Examine your relationship with God and make it better.
2. Determine to follow God’s instructions and never flout His orders.
3. Make Jesus Christ the Lord of your life and be determined to follow Him always.
4. No matter what, don’t lose focus on eternity; instead, invest in it daily
Prayer : Everlasting Father, You are the Creator and Judge of the world. Help me to obey and serve You in spirit and in truth, in Jesus’ name, amen.
A Word Of Blessing : Today, I speak on your life, you will not end up in hell. May God help you to live wisely, in Jesus ‘ name, amen.
Reflection : No one will enjoy to disobey God and hope to maintain a sweet relationship with Him.
Quote : “He who chooses to fake his loyalty to God will soon discover that, unfaithfulness is the doorway to divine rejection.”
