Verse Of The Day : The LORD has done great things for us, and we are glad. Psalms 126:3
Thought of The Day : When God chooses to make you happy no one can keep you sad, or heartbroken.
LISTEN : When God shows up, darkness vanishes and light appears. The Bible says, “…weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” (Psalms 30:5b). Beloved, God will put smile on your face when you hold onto your faith. God sees our pain and He can equally order a ‘gain’ for us. With Him, what brings us pain can equally brings us gain. He replaces sorrow with joy, weeping with laughter, pain with relief, etc. God wants to show you kindness. He wants to put a smile on your face. But you must have faith in Him. My dear, are you heartbroken because you lost your job? Is your life fallen apart because you lost a loved one? Are you sick or bedridden? Are you gradually losing hope and given up on life? Are you finding it hard to feel happy again after the heart- wrenching experience you had? Beloved, be strong and courageous. Times of extreme misfortune or difficulty are not meant to last forever. There is “light at the end of the tunnel.” There is always good days after the dark days. But only those who are willing to endure by faith will receive the blessings thereof. The Bible says, “Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.” (Psalms 27:14) My dear, wait on God! The Israelites were in captivity with no hope of freedom; but when God intervened, the story changed. They marveled at such sudden intervention and freedom, and they exclaimed in excitement,“When the LORD brought back those who returned to Zion, we were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing… The LORD has done great things for us, and we are glad.” (Psalms 126:1-3). Beloved, in every situation just look to God. Surely, your dark days will give way to joy, peace and celebration. So, ignore your tears and put your faith in God. Trust me, He will surely put a smile on your face. Henceforth, keep reminding yourself that, God will do it for you. Be wise!
