Verse Of The Day : Hatred stirs up strife: but love covers multitude of sin. Proverbs 10:12
Thought of The Day : If it is too difficult to forgive, it will be too difficult to receive forgiveness.
LISTEN : Increase rate of violence, crisis and all manner of evil is because love is missing in our society. We hate one another and destroy one another. We are spreading hate instead of love. What we spread is what will go round. Bad news spreads so fast because virtually everyone gets involved in spreading it. In the same way, if we spread love, hate will gradually vanish. There will be no room for hate when love has taken the centre stage of our lives. Why do we fight and kill ourselves? It is because of lack of love. Love covers multitude of sin (1 Peter 4:8). People quarrel and fight for lack of love. Beloved, let’s embrace love and reject hate. Hate kills but love heals. Hate produces unforgiveness, love gives unconditional forgiveness. Where hate rules, people find it pleasing to fight, but difficult to forgive one another. My dear, forgive because you’ll need forgiveness at some point in your life. Couple of months ago I told a story about a certain unforgiving fellow who was asked why he doesn’t forgive at all. He replied, “I don’t believe in forgiveness.” Few days later he offended a man and the matter was reported to the police, who in turn arrested and arraigned him before the court. When he realised the gravity of the charges against him, and the likely jail terms, he pleaded with the man for out of court settlement. Sadly, the man replied, “I’m aware that you are unforgiving. Why should I forgive you when you don’t believe in forgiveness? Like you, I don’t believe in forgiveness too.” The man was found guilty as charged and sentenced to many years imprisonment. In the same way, if we find it impossible to forgive others, God will find it impossible to forgive us (Matthew 6:14,15). Please let’s forgive! Henceforth, embrace love and reject hate. Be wise!
What Should We Do With This Message?

2. Determine to grow in love for others and shun bitterness and hatred.
3. Learn to let go of offenses and stop holding on to the past.
4. Refuse to constantly hold grudges against others.
Faith Confession : In Jesus’ name, I acknowledge that hate kills but love heals. Therefore, I will spread love as long as I live, amen.
Prayer : Dear Lord, I thank You because You forgave us through Jesus Christ. Therefore, help me to forgive others, amen!
A Word Of Blessing : It’s well with you. Today, I speak on your life. May grace to live in love with others be released to you from heaven, in Jesus’ name, amen.
