Verse Of The Day : Hatred stirs up strife: but love covers multitude of sin. Proverbs 10:12
Thought of The Day : Offenses can not be easily forgiven where love is absent.
LISTEN : Love is the way to peace and harmony. Where there is no love hate prevails. People quarrel and fight for lack of love. Hate kills but love heals. Hate produces unforgiveness, but love gives unconditional forgiveness. Where hate rules, people find it pleasant to fight, but difficult to forgive one another. My dear, forgive because you’ll need forgiveness at some point in your life. Couple of months ago, I told a story about a certain unforgiving fellow who was asked why he doesn’t forgive at all. He replied, “I don’t believe in forgiveness.” Few days later he offended a man and the matter was reported to the police, who in turn arrested and arraigned him before the court. When he realised the gravity of the charges against him, and the likely jail terms, he pleaded with the man for out of court settlement. But the man replied, “I’m aware that you are unforgiving. Why should I forgive you when you don’t believe in forgiveness? Like you, I don’t believe in forgiveness too.” Sadly, the man was found guilty as charged and sentenced to many years imprisonment.” In the same way, if you find it impossible to forgive others, God will find it impossible to forgive you (Matthew 6:14,15). Besides, others will find it difficult to forgive you if they know that, you are such a terrible unforgiving fellow. My dear, let us love one another and stop promoting hatred, bitterness, malice, etc; such would promote unforgiveness, violence, strife, terrorism, killing, oppression and the like. If we can let go of offenses we all can have a better future together. My dear, forgive and you’ll receive forgiveness in return. Hate kills, but love heals. So, let us follow the way of love and we will not regret in the end. Be wise!

Faith Confession : In Jesus’ name, I acknowledge that hate kills but love heals. Therefore, I will love always, amen.
Prayer : Dear Lord, I thank You because You forgave us through Jesus Christ. Therefore, help me to forgive others, amen!
A Word Of Blessing : It is well with you. May grace to live in love with others be released to you from heaven, in Jesus’ name, amen.
Reflection : If it is too difficult to forgive, it would be too difficult to receive forgiveness from God or others.
