Verse Of The Day : Every prudent man acts with knowledge. Proverbs 13:16
Thought Of The Day : Without knowledge, people pay dearly for ignorance; and most times irredeemable.
LISTEN : The Bible says, “My people perish for lack of knowledge…” (Hosea 4:6). Lack of knowledge can destroy even the mighty. It’s disastrous to live without knowledge. Knowledge should be rightly applied, else you know nothing! Never neglect what you know to be right. Neglect often leads to irredeemable damage. In life, things get really bad because unexpected and minor problems are often neglected. In a system, no problem is minor. A neglected ‘minor problem’ puts a major problem on the whole, because one thing would lead to another. My dear, when something seems wrong, even a little bit of wrong, that’s the time to check into it. It is a smart move to take each glitch seriously, and stop and evaluate before things get really bad. A couple of months ago I told a story of a man who was embarking on a trip. His friend visited and saw him dressing up for his journey. And his friend asked, “My dear, I hope you’re not travelling by your car?” “By my car of course! He replied.” His friend asked again, “Have you fixed the problem with the break system the other day? ” And he replied, “It’s a minor problem, I will be fine.” He zoomed off and bid farewell to his friend and family. Few hours later, his wife received a phone call from the police, that her husband was involved in a ghastly auto crash and he died on the spot. Sadly, a lot of people are like this careless man in our story. They like to wait until things get really bad. They have no sense of urgency to issues of life because they lack knowledge and wisdom. This’s why the Bible says, “Every prudent man acts with knowledge.” (Proverbs 13:16). A person with good sense will always think carefully and act wisely. For he knows the right thing to do, and the right time to do it (1 Chronicles 12:32). My dear, learn to act with knowledge. Fix minor problems in your life before things get really bad. Beloved, what you neglect can lead to irredeemable damage, and as a result, you will pay dearly for it. So, be wise!

3. When something seems wrong, even a little bit of wrong, evaluate and address it immediately.
4. Ask God for directions and grace to always see and know what to do and when to do it.
