Verse Of The Day : For you, LORD, will bless the righteous; with favour will you compass him as with a shield. Psalms 5:12
THOUGHT OF THE DAY : When the faithful remains faithful to God despite tribulations, God shows His faithfulness by ultimately blessing the faithful.
LISTEN : God sees everything we do from heaven. He searches our hearts when we are quite ignorant of it. He knows those whose hearts are committed to Him. Most times His favour seems to be missing out in the life of those who serve Him, making them to wonder if He is still with them. My dear, God’s silence does not indicate His absence. He will speak when he will speak. His own people may pass through the fire and cross deadly rivers of afflictions, yet, His all-seeing eyes are watching every step they take (Isaiah 43:1-2). His blessings await them at the end of their trials. Men may mock them like they did Jesus Christ on the cross; but at the appointed time heaven will respond to the earth. The Bible says, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.” (Psalms 30:5). Beloved, your blessing is on the way. So, do not give up! If you are truly washed by the blood of Jesus Christ you are qualified for God’s blessings. You are the righteousness of God, for you have received the gift of righteousness through Christ Jesus (Romans 5:17; Ephesians 1:3). Now you have seed of the blessing. It will surely manifest no matter what. God will bless you. To bless is to confer, invoke or endow divine favour upon someone or something. My dear, because you are faithful and loyal to God, just wait for your blessing, for it will surely come. Do not be swayed by storms, delay, rejection, suffering, heartbreak in your life today; rather fix your eyes on God and His words. None of what you are going through can change God’s plan for your life. Just keep pressing on to complete the process. My dear, if you cannot quit your faith nothing can quench your destiny. So, keep pushing, for every push brings you closer to your blessings. Remember, God will surely bless His faithful servants. Be wise!

TOPIC : OPERATE IN KNOWLEDGE
Sunday, May 17, 2020
Bible Verse : Every prudent man acts with knowledge. Proverbs 13:16
LISTEN : My dear, operate in knowledge and shun ignorance. Yes, you must determine to act with knowledge and do it fast. Things get really bad because unexpected and minor problems are often neglected. In a system, no problem is minor. A neglected ‘minor problem’ puts a major problem on the whole, because one thing will lead to another. My dear, when something seems wrong, even a little bit of wrong, that is the time to check into it. It is a smart move to take each glitch seriously, and stop and evaluate before things get really bad. Sadly, lots of people like to wait until things get really bad when they cannot handle it anymore. They have no sense of urgency to issues of life because they lack knowledge. People perish for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6). This is why the Bible says, “Every prudent man acts with knowledge.”(Proverbs 13:16). A person with good sense will always think carefully and act wisely. For he knows the right things to do, and the right time to do it (1 Chronicles 12:32). Beloved, learn to act with knowledge. Fix minor problems in your life before things get really bad. Be wise!
Prayer : Heavenly Father, Wisdom and knowledge are from you. Therefore, help me to act with knowledge as long as I live, amen!
