Verse Of The Day : Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? Romans 8:35
LISTEN : Christ is worth dying for. Yes, dying for Christ is dying for eternal life. And he who dies for Christ has secured a future with God. Couple of months ago, I told a story about a man who was arrested and tormented for couple of years for preaching the gospel of Christ Jesus. His tormentors offered to set him free if only he could renounce Jesus Christ and quit preaching his gospel. But to their surprise he said, “I would rather die than renounce my faith in Jesus Christ. I have no life or future without Him, and so are you. Kill me if you want to. I would be the happiest person in the world if I die defending my faith. If you think you can entice me with freedom, forget it, for I am forever a prisoner of Christ and nothing can separate me from Him; and my decision is irreversible. If you kill me now I will live forever with God. So, go ahead and do whatever you want to do. But before I die, I urge you to accept Jesus Christ and be saved. Today, I am innocent of your blood.” My dear, this should be the confession and decision of every believer in Christ Jesus. We should not serve God just for what we can gain in this life, but what we can gain in eternity. (John 6:26-27). Even if we lose everything because of our faith in God, we should determine to remain strong and focused on Him who calls us. The Bible says, “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?” (Romans 8:35). Beloved, your love for God should carry you through every storm. If you renounce your faith in Christ because of pressure, it shows you never believed in Him. Those who truly believe in Him are never afraid to suffer for His sake. My dear, fix your eyes on Christ Jesus and don’t be distracted by what you must suffer for His sake. Remember, Christ is worth dying for. Be wise!

TOPIC : TRUST IN GOD NOW AND ALWAYS
Saturday, April 18, 2020
Bible Verse : Blessed is that man that makes the LORD his trust, and respects not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies. Psalms 40:4
LISTEN : God deserves our trust. He’s faithful now and always. Therefore, like little children, we should have absolute trust in God. A little child can’t be scared of his mother. As a matter of fact, he expresses trust on her. Even when his mother playfully throws him in the air, he’s not afraid of any harm, because he knows that his mother will not allow him to land himself on the ground. He knows that the loving and compassionate hands of his mother will safely catch him. He’s so much trusted his mother that he’s no more afraid of any evil. In the same way, you should trust God. God will protect and bless those who trust in Him. He’ll exalts those who value His presence in their lives. Beloved, make God your fortress. Don’t be afraid of the wicked, proud and liars who have no fear of God; or regard their threats to you. Our God is mighty and supreme and will defend you always. Therefore, no matter the circumstance, always put your trust in the living God and you’ll not be put to shame. So, trust God now and always. Be wise!
Prayer : Blessed Father, you are faithful and dependable. Therefore, I’ll put my trust in you always, amen.
