Verse Of The Day : He will bless those who fear the LORD, both small and great. Psalms 115:13

LISTEN : You can miss God’s blessing if you are not prepared for it. Beloved, are you prepared to receive the blessings of God? Truly, God blesses those who love and fear Him. He is not a respecter of persons. He doesn’t deal with people according to their sizes, but according to their level of obedience and spiritual understanding. The more you surrender to God the more you are prepared for His blessings. Therefore, age, race, colour, and whatever background you have are no obstacles to His blessings. If there’s love and fear for Him, He can bless. My dear, no matter the pain and sorrow facing you today. If you can’t compromise on your love and fear for God, He won’t allow you to end as a failure (Romans 10:11). Yes, he who loves and obeys God will not end in shame. Because love and fear of God matters to Him; those who meet such requirements will matter to Him too. God can’t abandon those who fear Him. In the Bible, Abraham honoured and obeyed God and was blessed for his obedience and faith in God. (Genesis 24:1). God rewarded his years of faithfulness and obedience to Him. My dear, God can bless anyone including you. So, position yourself for the blessings of God. Remember, we are positioned for God’s blessings when we walk in fear, faith and obedience to Him. Henceforth, determine to walk in obedience to God and you’ll attract His blessings. Be wise!

Bible Verse : My times are in your hand, deliver me from the hand of my enemies; and from them that persecute me. Psalms 31:15

LISTEN: God never fails those who trust in Him. So, learn to put your trust in Him. Never forget that your times are in His hands. Therefore, no matter the afflictions, torment, trials, persecution, etc., He will deliver you if you can trust in Him. David was under severe afflictions when he penned this psalm. He said, “My times are in your hand” (Psalms 31:15). Although he was going through series of afflictions from the hands of his enemies, yet, he believed that God would see him through. David’s expression in our Bible verse was that, “no evil could happen to him without God’s foresight.” He knows that God sees what is prepared for or meditated against him. He was sure that God will deliver him from his enemies. Beloved, don’t be afraid of the wicked who has got some evil plans against you, your life is not in their hands. God is in control of your life. Like David, say, “my times are in the hands of God.” When you walk in this revelation, the devil and wicked people can’t mess up your life. Be wise!

Prayer : Gracious Father, you’re my God and my times are in your hands. Therefore, I will trust in you always, amen.
