Verse Of The Day : Although a righteous person may fall seven times, he gets up again, but the wicked will be brought down by calamity. Proverbs 24:16.

LISTEN : My dear, cheer up! Be strong and courageous. No matter what hits you, you can’t afford to remain down. You may be down now for whatever reasons, but you can be up again on your feet if you put your trust in God. Faith in God lifts people from dungeons and place them in a palace. Yes, no matter the pressures in your life, if you trust in God you can’t be pressed beyond remedy. In life, anyone can fall, but not everyone can be down perminently. A fall could be trials, troubles, problems, crisis, misery and the like. But a fall is just a stage in life and not the destination of the righteous. God is with the righteous. He is always with those who love Him (Isaiah 43:1-2) His presence is with those who are bought by the blood of Jesus Christ through faith. When they fall, they shall rise again. They shall rise again because the Almighty hand of God will help them up. They are too rooted in faith to remain down after a fall; because they are not ignorant of the words of God (John 8:32). When the devil makes them think they can’t come out of their troubles, the word of God gives them assurance of divine intervention. My dear, it is not possible for you to fall and not rise again if you are faithfully walking with God. Beloved, I see you rising from your miserable fall. You are rising from your financial crisis, academic and career failure, family conflict, marital and relationships crisis, in Jesus’ name. My dear, determine to rise if you fall. No one will remember how many times you fell if you are not down after the fall. It is not about how many times you fell, but how many times you got up and kept going. So, no matter the fall, get up and keep going. Remember, you can’t afford to remain down. Be wise!

Bible Verse : But the one who hates his fellow Christian is in the darkness, walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes. 1 John 2:11

LISTEN : We are one glorious and happy family in Christ Jesus no matter our background, colour, size, race, etc., and should be bound together in love. As Christians we belong to God through Christ Jesus. But we cannot understand this fact until we put on the new nature – the nature of God. My dear, love is the nature of God (1 John 4:8). We can’t walk in love at the same time hate one another. Besides, we can’t claim to worship God if there’s no love for Him and humanity (1John 4:20,21). Love for humanity, especially those who belong to God is pleasing to Him. We should love others dearly and unconditionally. We should show interest in the well-being of others and make sacrifices towards their well-being. That’s the nature of God. God is love and does everything in love. Therefore, once we have received His love as His children, He expects us to love others just the same way he loves us and not hate them. The Bible says,“Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love” (1 John 4:8). Beloved, let us love one another for we are one family in Christ Jesus. Remember, we are one in Christ Jesus. Be wise!

Prayer : Dear Lord, I thank you for loving me unconditionally. Therefore, help me to love others, in Jesus’ name, amen.
