Verse Of The Day : Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice. Psalms 55:17

LISTEN : Prayer that works wonders is powered by faith in the living God. Prayer becomes a mere expression of words where faith is absent. As a matter of fact, you have not prayed until you have prayed in faith. Do not offer prayers just as a religious ritual, but as a relationship with a faithful God. There is power in prayer. Genuine prayer will produce mind blowing results. He who is addicted to prayer cannot be empty of results. (Matthew 7:7,8). Prayer gives us the opportunity to access what God has freely given to us through Christ Jesus. My dear, a person of prayer, is a person of power; for one who is connected to God is connected to divine authority. When prayer becomes a delight, divine attention becomes an undeniable experience. When we consistently “breath the air of prayer, we cannot suffocate for lack of spiritual oxygen” (the Spirit of God). Beloved, do you pray at all? Do you pour out your troubled heart to God in prayer? If your faith must survive, you must grow in the act of prayer. (Luke 22:46). Those who cannot pray can hardly overcome temptation. Prayer offers us spiritual support and refuge. It gives strength which our human abilities cannot give. It releases into our hearts and minds the peace of God in times of troubles, and keep our hope alive when it is hard to trust and obey God. David acknowledged this truth when he prayed and said, “Evening, morning, and at noon, I will cry out in distress. He will hear my voice.” (Psalms 55:17). Beloved, do not faint or give up praying. God cannot be tired of hearing and attending to our prayers no matter how many times we come to Him. Therefore, pray and keep praying until you break through. Remember, there is power in prayer of faith. Be wise!

Bible Verse : Wicked people earn deceitful wages, but one who sows righteousness reaps a sure reward. Prove 11:18

LISTEN : With life, the future is inevitable. And the future starts the next minute. So, mind what you invest in it because it will be waiting for you. My dear, let us not be deceived. God is not ignorant of our actions, hence, whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. (Galatians 6:7). The wicked will reap evil and death; but good works will return a righteous reward to the upright. No matter what the wicked have gained by way of wickedness, he cannot prosper continuously with it, because God’s judgment will surely catch up with him. Just as God will punish the wicked man for his evil, He will bless the upright for his faith and obedience to Him. No matter how long it takes, the righteous in Christ Jesus will not lose their reward. They Will certainly be rewarded. Serving God and living in accordance with His will is the guarantee for a sure reward. Beloved, do you want to be rewarded for your services to God and humanity? Do you desire the blessings of God that comes without sorrow? (Proverbs 10:22). Then, obey His words and have faith in Him. Do not be influenced by evil in the world, instead, let God’s words be your guide; I assure you, you will not lose your reward. Be wise!

Prayer : Dear Lord, I acknowledge that everyone will reap what he or she sows. Therefore, help me to sow righteousness, amen.
