Author: Bishop Julius Okarike
Verse Of The Day: For she kept saying, “If only I touch his clothes, I will be healed.” At once the bleeding stopped, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease. Jesus knew at once that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and said, “Who touched my clothes?” Mark 5:28-30
LISTEN: Approach God in faith, for you can’t receive what you ask of God until you ask and walk in faith. Faith is a force that God can’t resist. Yes, faith turns expectations into experiences. Faith is key to a miracle, and miracle brings testimony. Miracle will be missing where faith is absent. This means that, absence of faith will amount to absence of miracle. God wants to intervene in our problems if we can stay in faith. He’ll manifest His glory when we put our faith in Him. Sadly, lots of people are yet to experience the best of God due to lack of faith in Him. The Bible is clear on the role of faith in our relationship with God. The Bible says, “Now without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who diligently search for him.” (Hebrews 11:6). My dear, just know that a touch of faith will bring miracles and testimony; because where there’s no faith expectation will be cut off. When you doubt God’s power, you’ll receive nothing from Him. But when you trust Him when the world has failed you, He’ll intervene and change your story. Our bible verse of the day is an account of the woman with issue of blood. This woman had a plague that made her to bleed continuously for twelve years. Her life was messed up, her health broke down and her life was covered with shame and misery. However, when she heard about Jesus, she took a bold step of faith and said, “If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.” (Mark 5:28). Then she pushed through the crowd and touched the garment of Jesus; immediately, the bleeding stopped. Beloved, what are you going through? Henceforth, approach God in faith and you’ll succeed. Be wise!

TOPIC : WITH GOD YOU CAN SUCCEED IN YOUR PLANS
Wednesday, November 20, 2019
Bible Verse : Commit your works to the LORD, and your plans will be established. Psalms 16:3
LISTEN : With God you can succeed in your plans. God is the highest authority. And the highest authority should be honoured and revered. God is the final voice. And what He gives His approval to can’t fail. Therefore, in order to truly succeed in our plans, no matter how good our plans are, they should pass through God’s scrutiny and approval. When God tests our plans and approve of them, they’re sure to succeed no matter the obstacles. My dear, never be too sure of your plans that you neglect to commit them to God. Besides, you should learn to rely on God as you proceed with your works. Trust Him with every step you take to accomplish your purpose. David said, “Commit your works to the LORD, and your plans will be established.” (Psalms 16:3). Sadly, because of ignorance of people to acknowledge and honour God, they fail even with their good plans. My dear, henceforth, determine to commit your works to God and your plans will be established. Be wise!
Prayer : Dear Lord! Today I commit my plans to you. Help me to always rely on you all the days of my life, amen!
