Verse Of The Day: Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort. 2 Corinthians 1:3

LISTEN : Times of troubles are no pleasant moments. They are usually times of pain, sorrow, worries, frustration, confusion, heartbreak, losses, depression, hopelessness, and the like. Most times, it is hard to believe that, everything will be fine, because, life seems to be completely shattered. And it is equally hard to know where to turn to for comfort. Thankfully, God is always with us even in the deepest valley and darkest moments (Isaiah 43:1-2). He travels with us when we are left to travel alone. And He helps us up when trials strive to keep our backs permanently on the ground. My dear, when you are feeling down, you can find comfort in your faith in God. God has proven time and time again that He is full of compassion, love and kindness. He wants to be there for us when we need Him the most. He is full of mercy. Even when we are the ones responsible for our pain or harm, He still offers us care. Beloved, we should gladly praise Him for these blessings; as doing so will let us feel more closer to Him, and also bring us even more comfort. My dear, can you praise God for the gift of comfort in your troubles? Can you praise Him for being there for you when all hope was lost? Henceforth, let us praise God for comfort in our time of trouble and not take it for granted. Be wise!

Bible Verse : Deliver me from my distress; rescue me from my suffering! Psalms 25:17

LISTEN : God delivers those who cry to Him for help. He doesn’t neglect the cry of the oppressed and afflicted. Therefore, in our troubles we should call out to Him who is able to save and bless us. He promises to hear us when we call Him in prayer. He says, “Call on me in prayer and I will answer you. I will show you great and mysterious things which you still do not know about.” (Jeremiah 33:3). My dear, call on God in prayer. He promises to hear, deliver and open your eyes to secrets you are not aware of. Beloved, prayer gives you access to revelations: it shows you what you haven’t seen before; it brings you to the realm of divine secrets. My dear, are you ready to pray? Are you prepared to travail in prayer until you prevail over your troubles? So, pray and have faith in the God of deliverance, the only true and living God. Be wise!

Prayer : Everlasting Father, I put my faith in you. Therefore, deliver me from my troubles and give me peace of mind, in Jesus’ name, amen!
