Verse Of The Day : And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7

LISTEN : Talking to God about your problems is key to experiencing peace of mind. People feel restless and troubled when faced with trials or difficult situations because, they choose to worry about them, instead of talking to God in prayer about them (Matthew 7:7-8). My dear, learning to pray is learning to trust God. If you can pray in faith you cannot continue to live with a troubled heart. Truly, it is not possible to pray in faith in times of troubles and not feel the peace of God in your heart. I have lost count of times I prayed to God in critical situations and His peace came into my heart as soon as I ended my prayers. Peace came into my heart after praying, because I choose to trust God with my problems and knowing that, He is able to help me. My dear, when you pray in faith, you have stopped thinking about what might happen as a result of your troubles, and starts believing what God says He will do in His words (Mark 9:23). Beloved, don’t be anxious about anything, rather pray about everything (Philippians 4:6). When you do that with thanksgiving, the peace of God will fill your heart and mind. As a matter of fact, your thoughts and feelings will be influenced by God and your anxiety and worries will vanish. Therefore, no matter the circumstance, pray always! Remember, prayer comes with peace of mind. Be wise!

Bible Verse : But he was pierced for our transgressions, and he was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his stripes we are healed. Isaiah 53:5

LISTEN : We are not praying to be healed, we are already healed by the death of Jesus Christ on the cross. His death brought both spiritual and bodily healing to those who walk in faith. My dear, you can be healed in the name of Jesus Christ. Healing is the honour God gives to the name of His only begotten Son Jesus Christ. Jesus’s sacrifice on the cross nullifies the stronghold of Satan (sin, sickness, death, etc. ) over humanity. When He died on the cross, He stripped Satan of his power and granted salvation, freedom, deliverance, peace, life, etc., to those who put their faith in Him. Beloved, you can be healed today. If Jesus Christ can die a painful and humiliating death for us on the cross, He can heal your body of sicknesses and diseases. So, do not be frightened by your present health condition, instead, be strengthened by your faith in God. Remember, you are healed by the stripes and death of Jesus Christ on the cross. Be wise!

Prayer : Dear Lord, I thank you for bringing healing to my life through the death of Jesus Christ on the cross. Help me to walk in physical and spiritual health, in Jesus’ name, amen!
