Verse Of The Day : For the ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he ponders all his activities. Proverbs 5:21

LISTEN : God sees what everyone does. He watches us from heaven. And our deeds are not hidden from His sight (Psalms 139:7-12). Therefore, whatever you do, be conscious of the presence of God. Always remember that, when no one sees your evil or good deeds, God can see all. His eyes runs through the whole earth, and anyone who understands this fact is careful with what he or she does. A story is told of a thief who was going out to steal and took his little boy along with him. When they got to the place he wants to commit the crime, he said to his son, “Son, please remain here and watch for me. Make sure your eyes are everywhere, and if you see anyone coming, please rush immediately and inform me so I can hide myself or escape.” After watching for a while, his son rushed to meet him. And the man was frightened and therefore asked, “Son, who did you see?” The son replied, “Daddy, I didn’t see anyone. You said I should watch the north, south, west and east of this place while you steal. I’ve been watching front, back, right and left. But what about heaven? Is someone not watching us from there?” The thief was shocked by his son’s words. And immediately stopped to steal. My dear, God’s watching everything you do whether good or bad. He’ll reward good people and punish the wicked at the right time. Therefore, mind what you do. For if you’re mindful of what you do, you won’t regret your actions. Be wise!

Bible Verse : The LORD is good to all, and has compassion on all he has made. Psalms 145:9

LISTEN : God Almighty is a kind and benevolent God. He’s a good God and therefore deserves our praise. He has a heart to love and to bless what He has made (see Matt 5:45). He is gracious. He is not disposed to cast off the weak, the erring, and the suffering. He is willing to pardon, receive and restore the repentant, and to wipe away the tears of the brokenhearted. God’s goodness and mercy are ultimately demonstrated in Jesus Christ who tasted death for every man. His grace for every soul is free. My dear, no matter what happens, think of what God has done for you, and you will agree with me and declare that God is good to all. Therefore, let’s appreciate the goodness of God no matter the circumstance. Remember, God is a good God. Just reflect on your life and you’ll realise that, God is good to all. Be wise!

Prayer : Almighty God, I thank you because you’re good to all. May your goodness continue to be with me, in Jesus’ name, amen.
