Verse Of The Day : Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, “Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.” Numbers 13:30

LISTEN : Without faith and courage you cannot surmount your challenges. Faith produces courage and confidence. Faith makes you believe you can do it. Faith is like a seed sown to produce a good result. When the seed of faith is planted, result is expected. Friend, you cannot give birth to what you are not pregnant with. What you carry in the inside is what you can possibly produce outwardly. To give birth to a big thing you must have to be pregnant with a big thing. Besides, it takes serious pain and labour to deliver a thing of great value. Truly, such comes with a huge price and sacrifice. Only those who are determined to be great can embrace the pain of life. (1 Chronicles 4:9,10). A lot of people run away from undertaking a journey of pain because they lack faith and courage. They fail to understand that, “gain is hidden in the stomach of pain.” The Israelites wanted a land that flows with milk and honey, but were afraid to confront the obstacles to their dream. The beautiful land of Canaan they desired was occupied by giants as at the time, thereby making it difficult for them to penetrate the land. As a result, they gave up hope of entering the land. Conversely, Caleb acted in faith and challenged the people to believe they can overcome the giants. The Bible says, “Caleb stilled the people before Moses, and said, ‘Let us go up at once, and possess it; for we are well able to overcome it.’ ” (Numbers 13:30). Beloved, have you been running away from challenges instead of embracing them? Do you know you can overcome if you are determined to face your obstacles? So, be strong and courageous and believe you can do it. Be wise!

Bible Verse : The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. Psalms 145:9

LISTEN : God’s goodness to all is obvious and undeniable. Everything good we enjoy can be traceable to the goodness of God. The air we breath, the water we drink or use for other purposes, the food we eat, etc., are the goodness of God. Beloved, God is truly good to all His creation. He is kind and compassionate toward us; He is disposed and ready to do us good at all times. He is the life of all. Without Him you have no life (Acts 17:25). There is not one of us whom He is not ready and willing to bless; or whose welfare He is not ready to promote. His goodness is to all (both the good and the bad). The Bible says, “And his tender mercies are over all his works” (Psalms 145:9). That is, in all that He has made, there is evidence that He is a kind and benevolent God. He has a heart to love and to bless what He has made (see Matt 5:45). He is gracious. He is not disposed to cast off the weak, the erring, and the suffering. He is willing to pardon, receive and restore the repentant, and to wipe away the tears of the brokenhearted. God’s goodness and mercy are ultimately demonstrated in Jesus Christ who tasted death for every man. His grace for every soul is free. Beloved, no matter what happens, think of what God has done for you, and you will agree and declare that God is good to all. Therefore, learn to appreciate the goodness of God. Be wise!

1. Pray and bless God for His love and protection.
2. Ask God for forgiveness and mercy.
3. Ask God to give you the heart to acknowledge and appreciate His goodness.
4. Pray and destroy all satanic plans against you and the people of God.

It is well with you. May God open your eyes to His goodness, and make you never to forget His blessings to you, in Jesus’ name, amen.
