Verse Of The Day : Whoever presents a thank-offering honors me. To whoever obeys my commands, I will reveal my power to deliver. Psalms 50:23

LISTEN: Praise moves God and blesses the praiser. To praise God is to express thanks to or love and respect for Him. It is to say good things about Him for all He has done or yet to do. Praise gladdens the heart of God and opens His hands to give to the one who asked of Him. When God is praised miracles happen. Because praise brings glory to God, he who praises Him glorifies Him. Therefore, He responds to such act of honour with blessings. Beloved, do you give thanks to God? Do you at all praise Him for His goodness towards you? No matter the situation, your mouth must not be empty of God’s praise. When your mouth is full of praise to God, He will fill your hands with His favour. Our verse of the day says, “Whoever presents a thank-offering honors me. To whoever obeys my commands, I will reveal my power to deliver (Psalms 50:23). Friend, if you can praise God in spite of your numerous troubles, God will honour and deliver you no matter what. Praise (thanksgiving) is God’s will for His people. (1 Thessalonians 5:18). If you can praise Him irrespective of any situation in your life, He will reveal His power to deliver, and bless you beyond measure. So, no matter what, let not your mouth be empty of His praise. Be wise!

Bible Verse : Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect; but I press on, if it is so that I may take hold of that for which also I was taken hold of by Christ Jesus. Philippians 3:12

LISTEN : The purpose of God for our Iives is to become more and more like Jesus Christ (Romans 8:29). God wants us to have the mind of Christ in the way we live. Besides, He wants us to be the light and salt of the world as proof of our new life in Christ. The world needs the light of the gospel to escape the power of sin and Satan. People need the sweetness of the gospel of Christ to erase the bitterness experience of sin. However, that can only be possible when we surrender ourselves to God and focus on why we are called to follow Christ. A lot of believers in Christ do not know why they were called, let alone know their position in Christ. Until we are willing to reject our old nature, we cannot establish a relationship with Jesus Christ. Before his conversion to faith in Christ, Apostle Paul was a persecutor and an enemy of the christian faith. But when Christ arrested him to preach the gospel, he continued to strive to be more and more like Jesus and to pursue the very purpose for which he was arrested; as a result, he served well and concluded with this comforting statement, ” I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.” (2Timothy 4:7). Beloved, are your eyes on what you are called to do? Henceforth, discover yourself and fix your eyes on God’s purpose for your life. Be wise!

1. Pray and bless God for His love and protection.
2. Ask God for forgiveness and mercy.
3. Pray God to make you more and more like Jesus Christ everyday.
4. Pray and destroy all satanic plans against you and the lives of others.

Today, I prophesy to you, may God strengthen you to pursue His purpose for your life. May you not miss your way as you walk with Him daily, in Jesus’ name, amen.
