Author: Bishop Julius Okarike

Verse Of The Day: For she kept saying, “If only I touch his clothes, I will be healed.” At once the bleeding stopped, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease. Jesus knew at once that power had gone out from him. He turned around in the crowd and said, “Who touched my clothes?” Mark 5:28-30

LISTEN: You cannot receive what you ask of God until you ask and walk in faith. Your expectation cannot become your experience until your faith is firmly established. Beloved, faith turns expectations into experiences. Faith is key to a miracle, and miracle brings testimony. Miracle will be missing where faith is absent. This means that, absence of faith will amount to absence of miracle. God wants to intervene in our problems if we can stay in faith. He (God) will manifest divine intervention when we put our faith in Him. Sadly, many are yet to experience the best of God due to lack of faith. The Bible is clear on the role of faith in our relationship with God. The Bible says, “Now without faith it is impossible to please God, for whoever comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who diligently search for him.” (Hebrews 11:6).Friend, just calm down and come to Jesus He will fix your problems. Just know that a touch of faith will bring miracles and testimony : for where there is no faith your expectation cannot be turned into an experience (testimony). When you doubt God’s power to help, you will receive nothing from Him. But when you trust Him when the world has failed you He will intervene and change your story. Our bible verse of the day is an account of the woman with issue of blood. This woman had a plague that made her bleed continuously for twelve years. Her life was messed up, her health broke down and her life was covered with shame and misery. However, when she heard about Jesus, she took a bold step of faith and said, ” If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.” (Mark 5 :28). Then she pushed through the crowd and touched the garment of Jesus, immediately, the bleeding stopped. Beloved, what are you going through today? Just calm down and take it to Jesus, surely, He will fix your problems. Be wise!

Bible Verse : For we live by faith, not by sight. 2 Corinthians 5:7

LISTEN: Attitude of faith is the way of life of the faithful. Nothing shakes a person of faith because his eyes are fixed on God. Yes, what you focused on will dominate your mind. What takes your thoughts will eventually direct your actions. If your eyes are on God your faith will thrive, but if they (eyes) are fixed on circumstances, your faith and courage will collapse. Beloved, God is urging you to have faith, so that He can assist you in every battle of life. When Satan comes, he comes to kill, steal and destroy. But Jesus Christ came to give you life. (John 10:10). No matter what you may have suffered in life, I have a good news for you, it is not yet over with you, God is working for you behind the scenes ; and the raging battles of your life will soon be over as you call on God for intervention. (Psalms 18:3). Beloved, do not be afraid, God is with you. He will revive and refresh you with abundant life when the battle is over. Just be strong and learn to live by faith, not by sight. Determine to anchor your hope in God and believe Him for the impossible (Luke 1:37). The trouble will soon be over. So, do not be distracted by what you see around you, instead, trust in God and you will be delivered and vindicated. Be wise!

1. Thank God for your life and the lives of others.
2. Confess your sin and ask God for forgiveness.
3. Ask God for grace to live by faith and not by sight.
4. Intercede for believers in Christ around the world for grace to live by faith.
5. Pray against all sorts of wickedness tonight, and ask God to keep you safe.

Today I prophesy to you, may God keep you strong and courageous. May the Lord help you to walk by faith and not by sight, in Jesus’ name, amen.
