Verse Of The Day : We are experiencing trouble on every side, but are not crushed; we are perplexed, but not driven to despair. 2 Corinthians 4:8

LISTEN : You cannot be crushed or driven to dispair because God is with you. No doubt, life can be very frustrating most times, but we are sure to overcome all challenges when we have God in our side (Romans 8:31). My dear, you cannot be pushed beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13). When God is in your side, things naturally fall into place. With God, there is hope in every situation no matter how hopeless the situation seems. Troubles and trials may overwhelm you, but faith in God can destroy their power over your life. Just learn to depend on God in everything, especially in times of troubles and trials (Psalms 56:3 ). Determine to live above your fears and believe that you cannot be crushed or driven to dispair. Encouraging believers in Christ Jesus to be strong, courageous and eternity-minded, Apostle Paul said, ” We are experiencing trouble on every side, but are not crushed; we are perplexed, but not driven to despair.” (2 Corinthians 4:8). Friend, trouble is a common experience to humanity. Some are made by it, while others are marred by it. What makes the difference is what you believe (the state of your mind). Your faith in God will keep you moving when situation wants you to be stagnant. But he who puts his hope in God cannot be crushed by troubles of life or driven to despair. Only those who doubt the power of God can possibly drown in the ocean of trials without remedy. Beloved, with God on your side you will not be crushed. So, be wise!

Bible Verse : Preserve me, God, for in you do I take refuge. Psalms 16:1

LISTEN : Beloved, come to God because salvation comes from Him. God saves and preserves. To preserve is to keep safe from injury, harm, or destruction. It means to protect and keep alive. Destruction will hit anyone who chooses to abandon God. Life will be a nightmare without God. Yes, people tend to live in fear when they do not feel safe; as a result, would do anything possible to protect themselves from harm. (Judges 6:2–6,11). But no matter how much people try to protect themselves in this wicked world, it is practically impossible to escape the many traps of wickedness without God. (Job 14:1). This was exactly what David saw when he prayed, “Preserve me, God, for in you do I take refuge.”(Psalms 16:1). He prayed God to protect him from evil and wicked people. He did that, by first acknowledging God as his refuge. He knows that God is his protection in time of danger or distress. He believes God will shield him from arrows of Satan and his allies. In a nutshell, David was saying, “I will hide myself in the living God. I will depend on God for protection and none other.” Beloved, who do you run to in time of trouble? Where do you hide yourself for protection? Do you know you have no protection without God? So, fix your eyes on God in times of troubles, and always remember that salvation comes from Him. Be wise!

1. Thank God for today and his blessings in your life.
2. Ask God for forgiveness, mercy and restoration.
3. Ask God to protect you from evil and bless you with peace.
4. Pray and cancel every evil judgment passed on you by wicked people.
5. Thank God for answering your prayer.

Today, I prophesy to you, may God protect you as you make Him your hiding place. May He keep you from evil and satanic manipulations, in Jesus’ name, amen.
